Kent and Renton locations are amazing. They are honest and aren’t pushy on services. They’ve resolved all my issues with my Range Rover and this car has been a pain! They’re pretty quick to get your car back to you and are super good at communicating along the way. I always recommend friends and family visit this shop.

About a month ago I thought my catalytic converter was stolen from underneath my SUV. Turns out it was just a resin holder or something like that. When I first called and spoke with Robert he was already very knowledgeable in what I might need and suggested to come by and look at it, he said he was available now and I was only a few minutes away. The perfect thing you want to hear. When I got there, he immediately took care of me even though he was multi tasking like a professional. He took one look underneath my car and laughed saying they didn't take my converter and that I would need a resin cap/holder piece. Off the top of his head he estimated $190 and when they were done, it was literally $190.11. They said they could fix it there and then and have it done in about an hour. I said ok and he got his guy Chris or Kris to work on it. He was done within 30 minutes and my car sounded brand new again. The professionalism from Robert and Chris or Kris (sorry didn't ask spelling) was outstanding, I would recommend anybody to go to that shop.

This was not the first time I've had my oil changed here. The manager Reuben is really nice, as is everyone who works there. Since my husband passed away it's up to me to take care of the car and I'm learning how to do that, so I appreciate all the help I can get. One REALLY good thing about this Meineke is the bathroom, yes the bathroom. It was spotless and it smelled good! I'm sure other women will be able to appreciate this, as usually this is not the case, especially not in a male run business. Kudos to Reuben. My only complaint is that they are so busy that even with an appointment it took about 4 hours for my car to be finished.. I'll definitely be back to have my oil changed again and I definitely recommend this place. Just make sure you have time to let them do the job, it'll be worth it! 😉

Scheduled an appointment online through google. Called to confirm appointment went through, they explained that would be lunch but they’d still have someone assist at that time which was awesome. Arrived a little early, they immediately took car in and completed within less than 30mins and they accepted a coupon for pricing! Amazing customer service and quick experience all around.
