This is the BEST place to take your car! They are honest, caring, kind, knowledgeable, and gives great advice on what to do. For a woman that doesn’t have a partner to rely on for card—I trust them! Very genuine and funny team! They are quick to attend to my car every time. I get my oil changed there all the time and they have helped me with so many other troubles on my car. I went in to get my starter replaced. I got charged $800+ for a part that only costs $130 if I bought it from an auto shop. They’re lucky I don’t have a jack for my car because replacing the starter isn’t a difficult fix. Not only that but they legit looked up how to replace the starter on my car right in front of me. I knew how to do it already, how does someone who makes their living as a mechanic not know how to do it? Basically, if you can do something yourself, don’t pay someone else to do it. It would’ve been a whole lot cheaper for me to just buy a jack and buy the starter and replace it myself. They took advantage of my desperate situation and robbed me blind. I would not suggest going here. Find a better auto shop with more reasonable prices and more time efficient workers. Or just do it yourself.

James helped me here at the Port Orchard Meineke. He has excellent customer service and is very kind. He helped me tremendously! The staff is very friendly and personable. Time flew by with great conversations! I am so thankful for Meineke coming through when I needed my brakes and rotors done on my car. Thank you James and staff! Scheduled an appointment to get the rear axle bearing replaced, with rear axle seal, look at brakes and of course the exhaust as the old exhaust was very old and rusty. Cameron was very communicative about what needed to be done and was very honest about it. I’m mechanically inclined and knew if they were going to try to take advantage of me. But they didn’t. Great place to go. Don’t let the exterior of the business cause you to not use them. Best decision I made.
