The oil change was fine, but they rotated my tires as part of it. My rear tire apparently has a slow leak and low air pressure and when they put it on the front, they didn’t air it up or make a note and mention it to me. I just walked out and found a low front tire after my service. I also asked for estimates on other services and never received them.

Took in my work vehicle that’s been dealing with a hard starting issue. They were quick and precise on taking it in and diagnosing the problem. Along with fixing the issues and being reasonable on the price. Great customer communication from Chris and Derek through the whole process as well. Will be using them frequently!

I went in for a routine oil change and was very surprised when I got my vehicle back they had done a full inspection with a report on everything that needed attention and the level of attention needed. They also filled all fluid reservoirs to proper levels. And best of all No Hidden Fees. I will definitely be back.

SO FAR, SO GOOD. But it's only been a day. Had to get a timing belt and all associated parts fixed. A recall came and wenty ears ago that I never knew about. So it had to be fixed... now. The dealership's estimate was ridiculous. Came to Meineke. Great service. Even though shipping delays affected parts deliveries, I always knew what was going on. Nice warranty and a 3k mile inspection orf the job to follow. For about 1/2 the price at the dealership.

Great shop with fair prices, quick turn around, and a shop leader who makes BBQ for his crew on Saturdays are some of the things that makes this place better than others. Most professional experience to date. I was sent pictures of requested and needed repairs. I was communicated to in an efficient friendly manner via text and phone. I was given correct time estimates and a fare price. I will be going here again for future work.
