I just started using Melton's a few years ago and will keep using them. Trying to maintain older cars and these guys are top-notch. Always pleased with the work results, costs and how quick the turn around is. I will always recommend them.

I am so disappointed in Melton Automotive for the way they treated my friend Shelby. They replaced a back battery & didn't connect one of the wires. Her car wasn't running right & when she called about it she was told her car was too dirty & they weren't going to help her. She has a service dog & she is disabled so she isn't able to keep her car as clean as she would like to & doesn't have the money right now to pay someone to do it. Instead of helping her Melton compounded her problems b/c she had to have her car towed to somewhere else, pay another diagnostic fee & fix the problem y'all created (wire not placed back). How can y'all treat someone like that. It is beyond rude & disgraceful.
