Our sales person was really great. There was no pressure to buy and because the price of the vehicle was already priced well, the transaction was easy. The dealership in general, however, appeared lackluster in terms of service. This was our first experience buying a luxury car and I definitely received a better red carpet treatment when purchasing other standard vehicles. The finance manager was not personable at all. The final transaction felt weird and uncomfortable with odd long silences and a few condescending responses. Time will tell regarding the service department which currently has questionable reviews. I got the sense that our sales manager didn’t know much about servicing the car including cost of oil changes and regular maintenance. While she took fabulous care of us, I wasn’t confident she knew much about the car except for the operating features. However, overall the experience was positive. I’m just honestly shocked that a luxury dealership like this provided a mediocre experience. Compared to many of the other cars I’ve purchased in my life, I certainly didn’t leave the dealership feeling 100% confident about the transaction. Again, time will tell.
