They were courtesy there are knowledgeable friendly they get the job done right on time to price is good and they guarantee everything they do I highly recommend going to Merlin's you won't be disappointed if it's not broken you're not going to fix it so if it was me I'd head over to Merlin's to get an estimate and have the work done there

Merlin Carpentersville is the only place I will ever visit - I've never had a good experience anywhere else. The guys there are so kind and patient. I visited this morning for a wheel alignment after being in just last week for an oil change. Jose has been awesome in helping to explain the problems with my car and figuring out how to get everything done in a safe, affordable manner. I really appreciate how above and beyond they go.
