Since I moved to CA 4 years ago, I had been trying to find a local shop for my 2016 Hyundai. I was referred to Mick's by a local auto body shop. Before setting up an appointment, I talked to the shop. I was gratefully blown away by the time spent with me explaining services, answering questions, and the honesty I received about the services provided and how they manage recommended services. Mick's spent time with me and ample time with my vehicle to make sure it was thoroughly looked at and taken care of. There was open and honest communication, and they were able to accommodate my decisions on their recommended service the same day!

abner carrera5 StarTracy (owner) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gives you plenty of time to discuss the process, systems, product and procedures. It's just like going to a surgeon; you can't see what they're doing but you have to trust that they do the "work" correctly.
In my case, I have a supercharger on a truck that many trucks don't possess. Not many mechanics are able to nor have the experience to work on a rare item. I left it in the hands of Tracy to resolve the issue. So far so good.Friday 18th March 2022
Robyn Sycamore5 StarOne of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with a mechanic. Was incredibly up front about everything they would be doing and explaining why. Then once they were done I received a call and every issue with my car they found they gave me a description, their recommendations for repair and the timeframe the work would need to be done in.
At this point I was already impressed, then I get home and check my email and there’s an email with a complete list of everything they checked out, descriptions of any issues they’ve found that weren’t covered in the call. Which was incredibly helpful and full of information I wish any of the other mechanics I have gone to in the last 5 years had given me.

Alex Ortiz5 StarGenuinely underrated repair shop in the county. Professional and upfront but with a tremendous amount of hospitality. This place took me in and was very detailed in their diagnostic report and the services they offered. Go my water pump replaced a day later and was given back a clean car at no cost. Very huge thanks to Bloo and Brian for giving life back to my hybrid!!! I will be adding this garage to my services list for sure.Friday 28th January 2022

He spent a lot of his valuable time speaking to me and giving me his advice, as well as very knowledgeable perspective on the two vehicles and what to look for when getting one. I highly recommend him and this business, he was extremely personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions. This isn’t something you always find at an auto repair shop.
