Had my Jeep towed in because it wasn't starting, they figured out the problem with in an hour and told me that they didn't have to do anything and I could come get it. Once getting there they went out of there way to make sure the problem was what it was and that it was dealt with.They didn't charge me for an imaginary repair that never happened they were very upfront and that to me is crucial for me to spend my hard earned dollars. But Ill do it with them every time

I was there for oil change and some check up. After I paid my bills and get in my car to leave my car was making some noise from the fan that it never did before. I told them about it but they denied. Another day I went for oil clean up that spilled around the engine and by the time was leaving the shop my car was shaking and blinking hazardous sign. Again I don't know what they did to it. It looks like they are playing games. I went to another shop to fix the shaking and they asked me for $250. Moral of the story they caused more troubles. I don't know if it is on purpose or not. I also read other people's comments on here who experienced same issues.
