I started getting my oil changes at this location because I live close by. I am now a regular customer and have all of my vehicles serviced here. When I move, I will go out of my way to use this shop. The customer service here is top-notch, as well as the auto work. I have spent nearly two decades in customer service As such, I appreciate businesses that prioritize these skills. Rich (Store Manager) and his team are prompt, professional, and provide quality service. Great leadership is apparent and I genuinely hope Midas is aware of it.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after no reply after having an oil leak problem still persisting after a 1000$ repair, I think I’m gonna put this place on my no go list. I had an alternator replacement, new part estimated at 1200$. Called me mid work stating needing a new belt because the previous mechanic that did my work messed with a bolt (not midas to blame). Ended up paying close to 2000$. Got the car afterwards and a few days later noticed an oil leak. Never had an oil leak and stated it was after the alternator was put in. They stated it wasn’t anything on their part which I understood. They got it checked out and gave me two options. It might need one or two parts replaced , I told them I just need my car to be fixed and money would not be a problem (maybe my fault there). Ended up replacing both parts they thought were the problem. Had some oil under my car. I emailed a day after the repair and I am still waiting for a reply back (repair done around mid December). Just a simple question whether it is normal to have residual oil or not. It’s been close to a month and still some oil under my car. Unfortunately I spent 3000$ at this establishment (hopefully the alternator stays good). At least I know where I’ll take my business to next time.

Took my car in to fix an exhaust issue and get a tire looked at on November 8th. I am very happy with the results and GLAD that my car isn’t making that horrible noise anymore! Brandon did an excellent job at keeping us informed with what issues needed fixed, with when my car was finished and he provided great overall customer service! Very happy with our experience. Will be returning!
