*Don't waste your time or money!* They'll try to rip you off and mess up your car* *2/22-As far as I can tell the oil change was fine, although when the car was dropped off I was asked what kind of oil I wanted, which I thought was weird, I've never been asked that before by a mechanic. And when I was called to be notified that my car was almost ready for pick up the the person I talked to tried to convince me that I also needed a new air filter, which I know is not true because I personally changed it in Oct 2021. Definitely felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and because I'm a woman they automatically assumed that I wouldn't know any better. *Edit on 2/25. They put too much oil into my car and didn't fill any of the fluids (except the windshield washer fluid) but marked on the checklist that they were good. Said on the paper they used 5 quarts of oil, my car takes 5 1/2, but there was too much oil in it, how does that make sense?? Called and they had me bring it back. They drained some of the oil out and my car sounds better now, but only filled the coolant, didn't touch power steering fluid. Was told there was only a cup worth of extra oil and that it wouldn't have been detrimental to my car, all of which was a lie, too much oil means too much pressure in the engine which will cause a whole load of problems. Plus there was way more than 1 cup extra. Then told me that there was a small leak in my radiator hose and that needed replaced, quoted me $638.00!! I can get the part for $200 and the labor elsewhere for $130.

They were very kind and understanding. Got done sooner than I expected. Told me some of the concerns and asked my permission and gave me the total if I decided I wanted them fixed which I really liked because then I had all the information before making a decision. They were just all around amazing. I’ll be going back.

I have been a customer coming to the Midas in Manhattan Ks for several years. I have never had a problem with the work Adam does on my car. He does the work well and is great at explaining issues I may have in the future, and how i can prevent them as a car owner. I have had brakes, suspension, plugs wires, tune ups and tires done here. They are a true all around shop. Jason at the front counter is always professional, understanding, and friendly towards every customer I have seen him interact with. They are very punctual with their appointments, and understanding to if you are a little late. This is my go to Mechanic Shop when I am too lazy to do it myself, or when I don't have the means to do it myself.
