My wife and I were passing through town when our car starting leaking power steering fluid. I called here, told them my situation, and they took a look at our car right away. Jacqui, the manager, was super friendly, professional, and honest. She told us our options upfront and in the end, didn't charge us anything. Highly recommend -- they'll take good care of your car.

I went here for the state emissions test. The woman who helped me was very nice and friendly. I was taken care of quickly. There’s a bathroom and some chairs with a tv while you wait.

Very nice people but substandard work and service. Brought my 2006 Honda CRV (manual trans) in for a simple brake job because my normal mechanic was unavailable. What a mistake. I get a call at the end of the day that my car is ready. I pick up the vehicle and drive it home and realize I have no emergency brakes. I called the center and they were all apologetic but said to call the following morning to see if they could take me in to fix the issue. I do so and they tell me they have no availability and I would need to make an appointment and leave the vehicle there. I do not accept this. First, this is a safety issue and should be addressed immediately. Secondly, why wasn't this tested before returning the car to the customer. I understand mistakes can happen but how you address those mistakes is everything. For what I paid, I could have gone to a Honda dealership and would have never had to make another appointment to fix something right the first time. Never again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I just probably wouldn't go back because of the prices. I went in to get 1 tire patched up and it was $34. I'm not complaining, I know they are doing their jobs. But I had gone to Monroe tires just down the street and they did it for free.
