Used the website to schedule a service, the email I received back was unprofessional. Will take my business elsewhere! If your one of the people that actually works for a living and need something for 4pm or later look somewhere else!

I went in to take my car for an oil change. It was ready in about an hour so I went to pick it up. When I got my car as soon as I opened the door I heard a weird noise that my car had never made before. I thought it was all the junk that I have on the cubby on the inside of the door so I thought nothing of it. However the noise kept happening and like I said it hadn’t happened before. After some review and inspection I noticed my car had damage to the driver door. And the noise was happening because of where the door met the rest of the car were overlapping. There was also damages on the lower driver side and inside tire area. I brought the car back and spoke with Grant who was immediately defensive and rude. He told me there is no way that damage occurred here before even hearing me out. I told him I could show him the damage so he followed me out to my car and still denied everything saying that there was no way he did that. After telling him that my car never made that noise until after I picked it up from them he said “no no no it wasn’t here.” I asked him if there was anyone else I could talk to since I wasn’t getting anywhere with him he said yeah you can call my boss Berry or Curtis and before I could even get my phone out gave me their number really fast and walked away nodding his head. After talking to Berry he told me that he would get back to me after assessing the situation and let me know what they would do to fix it. I never got a call back from them so my dad decided that it was time to get our insurance involved and make a claim through them. It was a three way call between my dad, our insurance, and Midas. After our insurance told midas the situation the person on the phone (very defensive) said that I was a liar and that the damage didn’t happen there. He insisted on calling me a liar to try and that I was trying to get my car fixed for damages that didn’t happen there when they did. Unfortunately they don’t take pictures of cars before they are taken to be worked on which Grant said “absolutely not why would we do that” when I asked him if they did. Overall really unprofessional and rude.

My daughter took the car she'd just bought in for a tune up and was told thet it didn't need it. The plugs were recently changed and everything looked good they could've easily gone ahead and done it anyway and charged her full price but instead she walked out and only paid for an oil change that she decided to get done just to be on the safe side (so she'd know exactly when it needed done again) It was nice to see a place not taking advantage of someone because they were female and somewhat mechanically challenged.
