My usual mechanic is closed on weekends, but I was way overdue for an oil change and my check engine light turned on that morning. Midas was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon which was incredibly helpful! They were respectful, helpful, and explained everything thoroughly. Great value and excellent service even on a busy Saturday during the holidays, thank you so much!!

Highly unprofessional front desk. I went in for a transmission fluid change and after three hours I was told they don’t have the transmission fluid for my car and I will have to come back another day. The guy was very rude when I asked him how he could not inform me this in the morning when I dropped my car for change of transmission fluid. They changed the engine oil without giving me an estimate of the total cost which I was later forced to pay. I would never take my car back there, because how rude and uninformed the front desk was.

I had a noise in the back of my car, a thunk sound, happens at times going over certain bumps. They could not replicate it. They checked struts, shocks and every other component under my car. Everything looked fine to them. I said can't fix whats not broken. When I picked up my car Trevor took me out to my car, thinking they found where the noise was coming from. Nope, not it. So anyway, Trevor told me come by anytime to pick him up for a service test drive to find where the noise was coming from. Very nice of him! They fixed my exhaust which was my main problem. Thank you!! Very satisfied with service in Franklin
