My car had a squeak that was driving me nuts. Other mechanics claimed they fixed it after having my car for 7 weeks, but no! I stopped in at Midas and told Brian what was going on. I was going to have to wait for my vehicle, so he set me up with an appointment. While I waited Brian chit chatted with me in between waiting on his other customers. Once my car was diagnosed, Brian made a phone call to my warranty company and got them to pay for more than half of the cost. A couple hours later my car no longer squeaks. There are less expensive mechanics out there, but the customer service and not having to wait more than a day makes the cost well worth it. Oh and while I was waiting, there was a little old lady with a walker. Brian had the mechanic park her car at the end of the ramp, so it was easier for her to get to her car and with such patience, he walked her to her car and helped her get her walker in her car. This is the third time I’ve used Midas and I will continue to go back there. The mechanics there know what they are doing and they seem to actually care about making sure their customers are happy when they leave.

I brought a couple vehicles into this Gull Road location, including my Ford Escape today. Great service. I had an oil change and a break bulb replaced. A few months ago, I stopped in for a quick check of a noise that I thought should be checked out before a trip, they were prompt and reviewing and getting me back on the road, no service necessary. Honest. Will be a repeat!

Mike and Bryan, these guys really helped me out of a bind. My Tahoe was stuck on the side of the road with a broken starter, the staff at Midas coordinated a drop off time with my tow service, and replaced my starter for a price I was very satisfied with. What's more... I think they may have patched my exhaust leak up too, it wasn't mentioned, and I wasn't charged, but they did it. Highly recommend stopping by here for honest and reliable service!
