Matt was very helpful & honest & I appreciate all the work they did for me today! Chad Johnson2 StarHad a great experience until I went to pick my vehicle up and it had a crack in the driver side windshield. I noticed it right as I got in my car. Right in my line of view. Was told they had nothing to do with it. One person said there was no crack when I picked up the car another person said it was there. (Which it was not.) I know for a fact. Anytime I get a crack in my windshield I’m calling insurance the next day to have it replaced. This crack is literally not able to be missed. There is no way I would’ve missed this dropping my vehicle off. I’m pretty upset with how the situation was handled basically saying I was lying. Told me they worked under the car and there was absolutely no way that was possible. I don’t ever try to get things for free. Im a very honest person and was recommending people to this location left and right. I’m pretty upset. I literally dropped over $1k during this visit having my car fixed.Tuesday 25th January 2022
