This Midas location has a new updated look. It looks and feels so much better than it used to. They even offer free drinks, such as soda, water, coffee and juice boxes. Andrew is an excellent customer service rep. They found the last person over tightened my oil cap and it broke. Turns out it was that location. Andrew ordered a new cap for me on them for the mistake. No damage was caused otherwise so I'm not mad at all. I really appreciate him getting me a new one for free too. I've been going to this location for a couple of years now and have always been happy with their service!!

I had my truck serviced here multiple times. Very pleased with the quality work, but even more pleased with the attentive customer service, and quick response to my needs by Andrew and Cory. I will continue to use this Midas location only. You guys do a great job. Thank you very much!

Andrew at the front desk is so helpful, quick, concise and professional! He tells you your options in order of priority/safety, with no pressure or judgment on whether you accept a recommended service or not. The recommendations he's made have always been super appropriate, though. I have appreciated all the services I've had at Midas in CH.
