Came in for an oil change & to have a couple of things looked at (my main concern was an overheating issue with my car) I was told I needed to completely replace my radiator fan assembly in my car (I was quoted around $400 in parts & labor for that) & was told I needed a new battery for my car (around $320 for the battery & installation) For the other things inspected, I was told everything would cost me around $2200 (PLUS the $400 they wanted to charge to replace the radiator fan assembly) After seeing how they tried to overprice a battery + installation (I literally bought a new battery from Sam’s club for $120 & installed it myself) I didn’t feel right going ahead with the work they recommended. Went to a reliable mechanic I’ve been to for years, & they quoted me less than $350 (for multiple repairs) worth of work on my car, including the overheating issue. He also told me my radiator fan was never an issue, as it was working PERFECTLY. The issue was the thermostat & housing, & he didn’t know how the mechanic came to that conclusion about the radiator assembly needing a replacement in the first place. Thankfully since then, I’ve had 0 overheating issues with my car thanks to the great mechanic I went to. It’s unfortunate I couldn’t leave a better review. Besides the inaccurate information given to me by the mechanic in charge at that time & what I felt to be overpricing, the staff was really nice & welcoming. Just disappointed that they could have fed me the wrong information just to make some money & have me come back & spend more money on the same issue that should of been addressed the first time I came in. Very nice people once again, but then again just because they’re nice does that make them trustworthy/honest? Not sure. Could also be that the mechanic at the time was inexperienced. If that’s the case, that’s even more of a problem, IMO. I’d recommend everyone get a second opinion if you get any inspections done at this location.

While heading home from a family vacation, three hours into a 15 hour drive my check engine light came on and engine started to Misfire. I had taken it to my local midas the prior week, they advised me to call the nearest midas. These legends had us in and out in a couple of hours. Can't say enough good things about the helpful boys at this midas!

They worked on my A/C in my truck for over a year, and never fixed it. Constantly giving a diagnosis and changing it. My A/C would only work 1-2 weeks. I've taken my truck back I know about 10 times. I've spent around 1,000 or better in parts and labor. The last time he said it'll cost $1000. I don't have money to keep giving them for nothing. I called corporate who was rude, and never helped me with the problem. He advised me to take it somewhere else. That ensured me that he didn't have confidence in his own company!! I wouldn't recommend taking your car or truck to Midas for nothing!
