The mechanics @ Midas are professional and courteous. The dynamic duo twins Shawn and Casey working the front desk and phones are very knowledgeable. We were able to get a set of new Michelin tires and an oil change for our Subaru Outback prior to a long road trip the same day. Excellent service and highly recommend in Saint Albans. Thanks!

My experience at Midas was an absolute joke. I brought my truck in for a leak to get looked at. I got a call a couple hours later and was told it was coolant. I asked them if they could fix it and they said no and referred me to another shop. When I went to pick up my truck they charged me $100 for their time even though they couldn’t fix the problem or even tell me exactly where the leak was coming from. $100 later and all I know at this point is that it’s coolant. No solution, they didn’t even identify the source. I’m going to have to spend this money again at another shop to have them confirm the problem and fix it. This experience was a total waste of time and money.

Glad passed inspection. Easy to get appt. However, paid for oil change and did not reset oil change/ indicator light..... frustrating.
