Juan C5 StarIve been a Midas user for a while now, and used different locations in CA, TX and VA for my vehicles. I am pleasantly surprised in every interaction. The MIDAS personnel professionalism, customer support and service has been phenomenal. In this latest engagement with Jose from the Arlington shop, my experience was just as great and made me feel like i was being helped by a friend and not just an employee. Kaitlin Conway5 StarI’ve been here many times. They always do great work. Started going here because my car was doing something odd and they didn’t just try to sell me something. They waited until they could figure out the issue and fixed it right. Going back, they don’t try to add on services you don’t need or go crazy - I have an old car that I just want to keep running safely. They do that for me well and remember me every time I come back. Dennys Argueta5 StarAfter work i was driving along on a Friday when I felt I had a flat. I got my things ready to change to the spare but I noticed I didn’t have the right tools. I started to look up and call tire shops, It was around 4:50 pm and I saw that shops were closing so I got worried and two other tire shops in the area states they couldn’t help as they were backed up. I called midas and Matthew the manager very politely and professionally told me to bring in the car that he would help me out. I got there and he quickly helped out and changed my tire for me and I was on my way. I’m thankful for his assistance other wise I would’ve waited till the next day like those two other tire shops in the area told me.
