On Labor Day (September 1st) 2019 Mike's Audio celebrated 35 Years as the #1 retailer for Home and Car Audio and Video in the Louisianan area! Mike's Audio is a locally owned and operated consumer electronics store located in Baton Rouge, La. We specialize in custom car audio /video technology, custom home audio / video technology, commercial audio and video technology, and wired and wireless network systems. Mike's has been in business since 1984. We've always put our staff's training as a top priority and are proud to proclaim that we have the only electronic store in the Louisiana area to have certified installers and technicians for both the custom home audio and car stereo. We have won numerous awards and received several compliments for our outstanding work in both the home and car stereo fields and recently were recognized as one of the top ten specialty stereo dealers in the nation by Twice Magazine.

I thought it was going to cost me a lot but they worked with me like always. I recommend anyone to take your car to Mike's audio and let them hook your sound up. Sheena Johnson1 StarI came in on Saturday and asked the sales guy to assist me in getting new speakers. My complaint was the factory speakers were muffled and they did not go loud enough for me. He said that he could achieve the sound that I needed with changing out the door speakers and dash board speakers. He changed the style and type of speakers he originally quoted me for because he thought they did not sound good. He proceeded with a different kind of speaker. He made the comment I think you will like them but I don’t know. He then tells me that I need to add a amp that would cost $200 plus almost $500 or more in labor plus parts. It was late and the place was closing. After getting my car I instantly said I did my like them and was told I would have to come another day because of closing hours. If what I wanted could not be achieved the salesman should’ve declined and advised me prior to doing a poor job. My music system sounds horrible.Thursday 24th February 2022
