My battery is in a very inconvenient location. It requires taking the windshield wiper arms off the car to replace the battery. 2013 Ford escape After being charged $377 for the job and took the car home, I realized the wiper on the driver's side was flopping off the windshield. The wiper had gotten broken off from myself swapping the order of wipers around thinking that was the problem. Took it in and explained they worked before. Was changed $35 for the wiper. I'm not upset about having to purchase a new wiper, but 35 is gouging for a single one. If labor was included it certainly should not have been because prior to battery being replaced I had no issues

I walked in to get my brakes looked at. They were nice and got my car back within the hour with no appointment. Mike called me a few minutes after I got home and told me they could not find my tire lock. (The last mechanic I took it to assured me it was with the spare because I use to keep it in the glove box with my other tools for the car) So about 30 minutes later Mike called me back again and said they could not find it. Then he told me "Now YOU get to come down here and look for it YOURSELF" I'm sorry, but all he had to say was can you come look for it. Don't be rude. I know they have other things to do, I would have hopped to it and life would have gone on if he had not been so rude to me. He also would not have lost the business of our two cars. We just moved here, right down the street. We bought our forever home and we're hoping to have them as our forever mechanic since they are so close. Oh, and, by the way.... I found the key lock in under 2 minutes!! They didn't look too hard.

My 2014 Nissan Altima needed new tires. Upon bringing my car to Mikes, Ben was INCREDIBLE!! Not only did they have me seen next day, AND WORK DONE! but he also informed me my brakes were close to being dead!. He didn't hustle me, and actually saved my old pads to show me when I came in how bad they were. I also had some body damage done, which the younker nissan dealer said they could do nothing about and quoted me $2,000 to have done at a body shop. Ben was able to do a simple fix by attaching the appropriate pins, saving me a TON of money. 100% recommend these folks. Ben, You're the BEST!! To all the haters, maybe stop and listen to the professional opinions? Sure I can cook well, but I'm no Gordon Ramsey.. Know your profession and understand others may know better than you do.. This shop is where it's at! Fair prices and fantastic staff!
