These guys are the best. My schedule can be a bit unpredictable and the hours I work make it hard to make an appt. Sometimes I don't know my schedule until the last minute, but 9/10 they're able to squeeze me in. I've had a few mechanics in the past and I will say Mile Auto Repair is the best business I've taken my car to. Juan is honest about the work and how long something may be good for on your vehicle until it really needs to be changed or replaced; for example oil, tires, breaks, etc. Bottom line, he knows his s*** and will be truthful with you. Whenever they take my car I don't worry about it, I know it's in great hands and I know I can trust them. Thanks again guys!👌

These guys are great! I had my car breakdown on the way to work last week and was towed to Miles and they were so fast and courteous I was so grateful. They showed me what was wrong and also called me after repairs and offered an oil change. The price of repairs and oil change was very good and I highly recommend this shop. I trust these guys!

We had overheating problems with our 2010 Cobalt. We made arrangements to leave our car there after hours and they called the next day to verify and explain the diagnostic results. They gave a couple of suggestions and options but he wasn't pushy (much appreciated) and agreed to do a radiator flush. We got the car back the next day. All in all, I'm very happy to have my car on the road again. We've used Mile auto many times in the past, on different vehicles, and they always do a great job for a fair price. Would highly recommend this business!

Juan was great, service was fast and spent the effort to ensure all needs of my 2015 Cruze were explained then addressed. Had a water pump, thermostat, and spark plugs replaced. Also had the air filter and oil change done since they already had it in. Things that could wait were noted and scheduled for return in the following year. First shop I’ve visited in AZ, happy it was a positive experience.
