My husband dropped off his car two months ago for front end work... yes I said two months ago! No communication unless I called. I called one day and one of the mechanics was playing on the phone (are you serious?). I was quoted one price and ended up paying more than double... yes double! How does that happen? When I picked up my car the engine was running different as in rough... why is that? When the only thing that they were supposed to do under the hood was straighten the valve covers!... I stopped the car in the parking lot to look under the hood, to maybe see what was going on under there. One of the mechanics came out and told me to pull around to the shop where the car quit!! Why is that?? It ran like a sewing machine when I took it in! Before getting out of the car I noticed one of my air condition vents was broken!!!! Why??? Of course the mechanic says we didn't do anything in the car! So, he goes under the hood while saying "I didn't do anything under the hood"... he asked when did you get this car, as if I just got it and didn't know much about it. I responded by saying I've had it for 15 years, in other words I know about every bump and bruise from bumper to bumper!!! And on top of that I'm a mechanic myself... just needed some help and I definitely chose the wrong place! The only reason I gave one star is because I had no other options!

Over a month ago, I took my car in for an alternator repair. Three days later, I had a new alternator and received my car back. The price was reasonable as well. HOWEVER, my battery light came back on after just two days of having my car, so I returned it back to Milt. Turns out that I needed a new computer. It took Milt's Auto over a month to not only repair my computer, but they were lousy at giving updates on how my vehicle was. I had to call them almost every two days to see what was going on. It wasn't until today that I finally received my vehicle which was still not 100%. My rack and pinion is messed up (it wasn't when the car was given to them) and no one wanted to admit that they made a mistake that caused it to do so. I would not recommend getting ANY type of service done at Milt's Auto Repair unless you don't mind mediocre customer service.

Great service, always done right the first time. I've had A/C fixed, brake job, and 4 wheel drive fixed, completely happy with the service and hospitality. Will definitely go back.

Had an appt on tues 7a.m. to have the car back at 5 p.m. to go to work. Tomorrow is Friday & I hope they will finally look at it tomorrow & not tell me when I call "that if I dont like it I can bring it to another facility." I had it towed there after the owner gave me the appt. It needs a scope in the engine to see what fell in the cylinder besides the magnetic tipped wire.
