Excellent service! A family friend had originally offered to service the vehicle, but after unexpected conflicts we had to look elsewhere. Mission was willing to use the parts that I had already purchased (so labor only). The estimate was about $50 higher than what they ended up charging me...definitely a refreshing experience compared to other auto shops. They even went above and beyond by checking fluid levels and topping off where needed as well as checking lights, etc. Great business!

I dropped my car off Monday to get my brakes done, they had inspected and given me an estimate not even an hour later. They were done the next day and I got my car back in less than 24 hours. On top of that, the pricing was good and they were very transparent and communicative. Great shop! Definitely recommended!

I am leaving a 5 star review for two reasons. I got my RDX’s brakes done, and they did it quickly and were extremely affordable. The second time was when my TL’s axle broke, and I had to have it towed to them last minute. I obviously couldn’t book an appointment ahead of time since the car was stranded and needing to be towed, I appreciate them getting the job done quickly and fitting me in.

I have been going to Misson Auto since I was 16 years old! Dana and his crew have always treated me amazingly. And educated me from a young age on how to care for my car! I fully trust him with my car and will always tell people to come here! Transparent with all the work they do. At age 16 Dana took me back too see the repairs he did and showed me the old parts he took of my car and they explained the need for the that repair. This is why I trust them.

I’ve been in Bloomington my entire life. It saddens me that I just found mission auto…. They are very honest and very reasonable. They don’t simply say you need a new part, they tell you how much (or how little) life it has less, and how long it will take for whatever symptoms to get worse. I’ve never been to a mechanic that will help me make the most informed decisions possible.
