Absolutely fantastic service. I showed up with a problem today and am supposed to be driving 7 hours tomorrow. There was a lovely gentleman who helped me immediately and figured out what was wrong in less than 10 minutes, but they didn’t have the part. He called every place in town and nobody had the part, but his dad drove out to another place where they thought they might be able to find the part, and did! They absolutely saved me and were so courteous and friendly and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg - it was much less than I expected! I am thrilled with the service. If I ever have car troubles in the Blue Ridge area again, I will return. I highly recommend Monty’s!
