I thought I could do everything on my car myself, unfortunately you need people with the right knowledge and equipment to get the job done and these guys were aces in my book and plan to bring my car back to have more work done. Thanks guys!!

Horrible customer service! It took over a month to repair and I spent $3500 (about $2600 in labor and about $700 in parts) to get my car repaired (they replaced the rod bearings and timing chain), just for to break down the very next day! The car shut off while I was driving. I ended up having to trade the car in because they couldn’t diagnose the new issue. The car needed to be picked up by the dealership. I spoke with John who assured me that he would get the car close to the door so it can be easily towed out of there. When I arrived the next morning to retrieve my items from the vehicle I was rudely told I would have to wait until Monday because the car was basically buried inside and there was no one on-site who could get the car out. Not only was he rude he was extremely dismissive and just shrugged when I reminded him that he told me the car would be available for pick up. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again! Very poor customer service.

I never wanted to give bad reviews. I have been coming here for years and so did my dad before he passed away. They do good work however my car had trouble starting and I took it to them and they said it was the battery and my starter was OK. But my car still had trouble so I used a local mechanic place they told me it was the starter and I got that replaced and my car had no further issues so motor world was wrong on that then I try to go in there today and they were super rude. 🤔😦😧🥴🤨🤨🤨 mhmhmh no thanks.

John explained everything to Me and I felt confident that he was being honest and I understood what he was telling me. Love the way My truck rides and drives🤗. I feel comfortable driving it on a road trip now. Love the service but I don't like how long they kept my vehicle (3 Days each visit). My vehicle has $1500 worth of repairs done on it so, I pray that My ' Miss Greenie' have no more problems and give me at least 5 years. I got her with a lot of miles on her but It's Ford Tough! 🤗 I am glad that Me and My Family got to Share with John, Ron and the Ducklings🤗
