I had Mr Electric out to install a wiring for a hot tub and add an additional outdoor outlet. I can’t recommend them enough for the job they did. Incredibly professional and thorough. I am very satisfied with the work performed and thought the price was very good too.

Mr. Electric did a panel swap for my single family home remodel in Mountlake Terrace. I had received quotes from other electricians, but Mr. Electric was able to quote something that was more affordable and had a quicker turnaround time. Norman Acosta swapped out the panel quickly but still managed to provide quality work.

Terribly frustrated with my attempt to schedule work with this company. Had a scheduled appointment on Thursday with a 3-5pm time frame. I hurried home from work and waited until 5:30 before calling to see if I was still on their schedule. I was told that a technician would be reaching out to me shortly. I called again at 6:30 to see if I was still on their schedule—again told that a technician would reach out to me shortly. At 8:00pm I called for a third time and was told a technician was probably not be coming and it was suggested that I call back at 7:30am to reschedule. As suggested, I called the office at 7:30am on Friday to find out why nobody showed up the previous day and to attempt to reschedule. I was told (again) that they would reach out to technician and someone would call me to reschedule by the end of the day…no one called. I made a final attempt to get to the bottom of this scheduling nightmare later that Friday afternoon at 4:45pm and was told that a technician could be at my house at 5:15pm. Shortly after that call, the technician called to say he was on an emergency call and he could be to my house by 6:00pm. Things were looking up when I received a text message at 5:35pm letting me know the technician was on his way. Unfortunately, that text message was followed an hour later by a phone call saying that they couldn’t find my house because they had written down the wrong address. By that point, I chose to start fresh with a different company. I can appreciate that they are busy enough that they don’t need my business, but I wish that someone would have had the decency to come out and tell me they couldn’t fit me into their schedule rather than keeping me waiting for no-shows two days in a row. I will not be going back to Mr Electric as I have found a much more reliable, customer-oriented business to meet my electrical needs.

We were very disappointed by the quality of the service provided for a rather high cost. The damage caused to the wall by the technicians when installing the electric panel was significant. The technicians cut the wall too much when enlarging the niche, leaving inch-wide gaps below and above the panel and a few smaller holes on the sides. They also cut a stud inside the wall in two places leaving it very loose. Two of the breakers tripped the same night after the new panel was installed, and when reset - started to produce crackling sounds and got hot to touch. We called the company to ask to take care of this issue and were told that 'due to supply problems the company has been installing "not the best quality breakers"! This is not something we expected to hear for the money we paid for this service. Even though the technician came over to replace the faulty breakers, the overall quality of service left us very disappointed.
