J W5 StarThey seem to really be on their game. Jordan at the Derby location knows what he's doing and cares about helping you out. He went out of his way to get us taken care of. The mechanics at Myers Automotive Derby know their stuff too. They all seemed friendly and willing to get my vehicle taken care of the right way.
I needed a new engine for my vehicle. Myers Automotive was one of the few places that would do it. This is no small job for them either, yet they completed it before I expected. Pricing was comparitive with others that I checked with. There were other people in their lobby that were there for the same reason, which made me feel better about choosing them. My vehicle is now running again with a used engine that Myers provides a 2 year - 12K mile warranty for. I'm not sure how many other repair shops do that but this gave us great peace of mind. They were able to get my car in quickly, and perhaps more importantly, get it back to me quickly.
They were very respectful of the fact that I was not wanting to spend several thousand dollars on a car i'm planning to replace this year, and helped break down the costs to only what was necessary to keep things running.
I've been to a couple other mechanics in the Wichita area, and have felt cheated by both through unexpected costs from unwanted/unnecessary services. Myers was very thorough in the breakdown of their costs, and again, respectful of my budget.
I'd absolutely take my car in there again, in full trust that I would receive the same thorough service. Jordan at the front desk was very helpful.Friday 14th January 2022
