I do not recommend this place. I lost $265 and spent a month trying to get a small issue (a daylight running light was out) with my car fixed due to them missing a scheduled appointment and a recommendation that I need an item that completely killed my battery. I cannot honestly be sure whether it was faulty workmanship or the item I purchased was defective however, I am sure that they also charged me an extra 65$ after reporting they would give the service for free. When I brought this to their attention they didn’t return the money but offered a credit. Which is useless to me because I do not feel comfortable returning to this shop.

This shop has helped me through some routine maintenance and unexpected repairs, and they always work to help me save money in any way that they can. They are also very mindful of how long they keep my vehicles and communicative throughout the entire process. Their staff are also friendly and kind each time I visit.

Because Dianna, and the crew at the "NAPA Auto Care Center", located at 4144 E. Thomas Rd., offer up competitive, fair pricing, as well as, fast, professional, and courteous service! I've recommended them to others....and I'm recommending them to y'all! And their honesty, and customer service, are definitely 5 STARS!!!!!
