timothy lindstrom4 StarMy BMW motorcycle needs a new battery. The 18 year old motorcycle needed a special order. The NAPA associates found one and I will get it today (September 1, 2021) I can continue to head south tomorrow!
The battery wasn't shipped! I asked about a small booster battery..the associate headed back into the storage aisles, came out with a battery for an electric wheelchair. Perfect! $20 less than missing battery.
I had to get longer bolts.. everything is tight! Thanks for the added effort!Wednesday 1st September 2021
Diana Tamburo4 StarThis is one of the automotive stores in town that I don't dread going to. Unlike other places I have been to, the staff here are friendly, helpful as well as knowledgeable. If they are not certain about a topic they will try and find an answer or at the very least point you in the right direction to start. They mostly have always had what was needed in stock and when I have had to order something it was there quickly and the order was correct!Friday 14th May 2021
