V Bwell3 StarHaving been a fan of Napa franchises for years and usually trying to use them over larger corporate franchises such as O'Reilly or Advanced auto parts. I cannot recommend this one. I have spent literally thousands of dollars at various locations across the country, even becoming particularly good friends with a family owned one in Missouri. The three times I have been into this one in person, employees are not overly friendly, which is fine, but seem genuinely dissatisfied even checking you out. I inquired about using my rewards account and was met with an enthusiastic not with military accounts reply. Yes I may have stopped on my way home in uniform, definitely didn't ask for a discount, definitely didn't receive one- didn't want one either. Just wanted to link my purchase to my rewards account. That's fine, I'll take my business else where. Shame, this is one of the few locations in Manhattan with a decent selection of products not found locally in stock.Wednesday 30th December 2020
