I've been to alot of Napas, bought alot of parts from napa but when it comes to the larend Napa store, they are incredibly unknowledgeable when asking if they have any auto parts or tools in stock or if they can get it. Besides calling in for your common problems, oil change ect.. yeah they can answer, but if you ask about a 2007 rear diff cover, its rocket science and all the people have to huddle around to figure it out. They do not go beyond to find the part or even to figure out what your talking about.. Honestly I'm disappointed everytime I go to the Napa in Larend Kansas. I've noticed alot of 5 starts and 4 star reviews. Maybe they are scared to post anything bad because it's such a small town, but if this was in a large town, I bet the review for this Napa Auto Parts would be a 1 star shop out of 5 stars Napa Larend: don't be upset, hire some other old men that actually have knowledge regarding auto parts, where they go and what they are, without just saying sorry don't know what your talking about, and won't look anything up over the phone. I mean seriously who doesn't know what a rear diff cover is and its bolts that goes with it.. This is only one instance I've had a bad experience. I'm not gonna spend all day writing the other times these guys had no clue what they were doing . 1 star shop

The guys at Napa are very knowlegable. They have gone beyond regukar customer service, sourcing rare and antiquated parts. Always helpful.
