Eric was fantastic. I had Car Shield and they wanted a couple of diagnostic tests done before they would ok the replacement of my engine. Eric and the team at Nealy's performed all tests required and handled the interaction between the shop and Car Shield as true professionals. Unfortunately, it turned out that Car Shield IS A SCAM and my engine wasn't replaced. Eric dealt with Car Shield for approximately three weeks and was in constant contact with me throughout the highly stressful process. Nealy's diagnostic prices were fair and done with the utmost professionalism. I am grateful to Eric and Nealy's for their time and patience. I HIGHLY recommend Nealy's in Deale for any and all car repairs. It is rare to find an honest garage that has true integrity and cares about their clients.

Eric & Devon took good care of my 95k Prius service. When changing the Oil, Eric reported the Filter had been put on by a Gorilla, and was “too tight” to safely remove w/o breakage, and suggested I return to my “Gorilla” dealer to have it properly replaced. When I picked-up my vehicle, Devon summarized the work they had done. All-in-all, fast, careful service delivered in the most friendly yet professional manner. I will gladly return!

What a great experience! Daniel and the staff were great to work with and constantly kept me updated on my car. They explained every repair I needed and saved me money by explaining what did NOT need to be done. It is so nice to find an auto shop that is trustworthy, fair and professional. I would highly recommend this auto shop. The mechanics have the experience and expertise to get the job done right. It was easy to make an appointment. The car was ready in a timely fashion.
