Kerese Arnold5 StarI needed a diesel emissions for an all-wheel drive vehicle (limited amount of places for AWD). After calling around and looking on the DMV website I came across Nelson's Auto tech center. They got me in same day which is usually rare according to them. While sitting in the waiting room I overheard several phone conversation and they were very friendly, helpful and professional to each person. When making my own appointment I was not treated like a typical female (common dumb girl reaction when females handle car issues). This is greatly appreciated!! Aside from being 45 minutes away from where we live, this is a great place to do business!Wednesday 5th January 2022

If they don't perform the task needed they will give you the number of a honest, reliable place to perform the task such as windshield repair.
