fred richards5 StarWas told that I needed rear brakes. Took my car to Network Automotive Service Center. They checked the brakes and said that I DID NOT need brakes. Said I have many more miles before they would be necessary. Staff was extremely courteous and professional. Brian Wilson3 StarI have gone to Network for many years. I had setup an appointment to have my truck aligned days before. The truck was dropped off 15 minutes before my appointment was scheduled and I waited around for an hour and half while my truck sat outside untouched, reason being short staffed and behind. Ended up not waiting any longer and drove the truck home as they had another vehicle on the rack getting aligned. Employees are very courteous and friendly, however please follow through with appointments in a reasonable manner. Doesn't make sense to have an appointment and have the vehicle sit outside for hours.Sunday 13th March 2022
