Mica Sheehan5 StarFrom the moment I called, explaining my situation (car wouldn't run, and had to have my car towed to them) they were very pleasant, courteous, and understanding! Clay (as well as Angie for a call) was very professional and let us know what was happening every step of the way. They even provide a shuttle service! It's no wonder they come highly rated, it truly shows. But to top everything off, they were very honest about the issues my car was facing, which turned out to save us money in the end. Jack Coleman5 StarUpgraded my brakes and the job was completed quickly and informatively. The mechanic was very nice and allowed me to go back into the bay area to watch for a few minutes and to ask questions.
I liked how I was able to make my appointment online. I immediately received a text confirming my request and then received a call the next day to discuss my repair. I really liked this feature.

William Wood5 StarPurchased a set of Michelin tires at a very reasonable price for my Buick Enclave.
I needed some “hands-on” work on the wheels because of corrosion on the tire sealing area.
The end result was great looking wheels and no tires leaking air.

Rachel Sealock5 StarThis is the only place I will take my vehicles. Because of my husbands work schedule I am the one who has to take care of vehicle maintenance and repairs. I used to dread it because I felt like places took advantage of women and their lack of knowledge for repairs. After moving to Canton, Nichelson was recommended to us by a neighbor and I am so happy. It is always a great experience with them. I am not pressured to have maintenance I am not there for and they listen to and understand my female description of what is wrong with the vehicle 😜.
