Recently my son's Mercedes (2007) broke down on his way back to Pitt State. We had the vehicle towed to another shop. They did not believe they would be able to fix the differential and directed us to Nico's. Nico's looked at the vehicle and gave us an explanation of the problem and a solution that fit our budget and the value of the vehicle. They got the job completed in a short time. The vehicle has been working great since we got it back. Appreciate the work and communications, since we live out of town.

Needed to have thermostat changed along with antifreeze flush. Called and left a message. Nico returned my call as soon as he opened. I explained my situation that I had parts on hand but did not want to expose my dogs to the possibility of antifreeze droppings. Nico told me to bring down my SLK300 and within a couple of hours I had the car back and the job done professionally as well as meeting my standards. No check engine light, cooling system working perfectly. Thank you Nico.
