I had my car towed to North Bridge Auto due to a check engine light, and inability to idle. North Bridge diagnosed and thoroughly explained the situation. In a timely manner and with great communication, the team resolved the issue with a new valve cover. Excellent and affordable service. I am back on the road, stress free!

I made an appointment to have them look over a vehicle that is a potential purchase and George was very thorough in his inspection. He noted all items that would fail inspection and test drove it and noted any other items of concern. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

I was in a tight spot, my boat had been in for minor repairs at Triton Marina just down the street for 52 days. Excuse after excuse of why they couldn't fix it, enough was enough, the summer was almost over. I went to retrieve my boat trailer to get it out of there and bring it to a reputable marine repair shop, and found the trailer in total disrepair. I looked for automotive repair shops on line, in the area, and found North Bridge Automotive that had god reviews. I had no prior knowledge of this business. I was having serious medical treatments starting the following Monday, this was on a Friday. Jim from North Bridge agreed to meet me the following morning (Saturday) and do whatever was necessary to get me on the road. He met me at Triton and retrieved my trailer and took it to his shop. he repaired the brakes, the lights, the hitch, and replaced the bumpy boards that had rotted after sitting for 5 years. He and George, his assistant, spent over two hours completing my repairs. When I asked him how much, he replied "nothing". That's the kind of people they are. BTW, I drove my trailer the 1 1/2 hour trip to the Yamaha dealer in PA without any problem. Thank you Jim and George, you were a life saver.
