Not only did he fix our car up, he made us feel like he cared about our car let us know he was confident he could fix it. Great guy to talk to as well. It's always good to know that your car is being taken care of and that you get to support a local business.
Just a little backstory - while on a long road trip with my fiance, our car started acting strange near Pittsfield. Shaking, noises, etc. We looked at Google Maps and luckily found this place. We rolled in to see if our car could be worked on, and met an ecstatic Val! It was clear he had a lot of work to do but took the time out of his day to help us and get our car back up and running.
