The former owners and founders of North Eugene Automotive began the company in 1984. Since then it has become a familiar location to local North Eugene (and other parts of the city) car owners. In January 2013, Rick and Dee LeChance (founders) decided to retire and sold the business to Brian and Sarah Slater. Brian (aka Slater) has been the lead technician for 8 years and is very familiar with the customers and the care of their cars. North Eugene Automotive is committed to serving our customers and our community with knowledgeable employees who are concerned about the safety and security of your vehicles. We do so with honest and complete evaluations of your car's presenting issues as well as offering preventable maintenance when appropriate to ensure your car is in the best possible working condition. I came in b/ c I had lowered power. The estimate was to replace everything in the car. Rack & pinion steering, radiator cap, cat converter, head cylinder. I don't think they thought I had the money. I left.

Asked them to work on my car, they had it fixed in hours (small fix but big issue) for 60% of what a large shop wanted. They went above and beyond and I will be going here again in the future.
