A lot of people like this place as it has been popular for years. Several of my relatives love the place. However, I found their automatic transmission repair or replace prices to be ridiculously high compared to other shops in the area, but they may very well do good work. This one is up to the individual to decide. From someone who is 67 years old and raised in an auto repair shop and has had lots of vehicles..."Get the dealer to do your auto repairs" with maybe the exception of an old clunker or a fixer upper. Contrary to probably belief, dealers these days are not any more expensive than most repair shops and the main benefit is... if not fixed right they will keep working till it is repaired correctly. A repair shop may tell you to carry it somewhere else they've done all they can do and that really leads to extra expense and time. Lastly, dealers can readily reach out to their manufacturer's to get info on similar repair problems and how they recommend resolving those problems. Maybe the issue needs a lot less parts and labor then you've been told?

IDK what it is, but every time I drop my vehicle off I feel like I get what I pay for. These guys listen to my requests. They take the time to follow up on my concerns. Service time always seems reliable and reasonable. It's just a good quality service and I'm glad I made the switch.

I said I want my car fix like it was your wife getting in it to drive to Texas to see my daughter. Got it back after spending over 2,000. And it's still not right. I told them it was in the front of the car, but they worked on the back, then the front and then it's going to be another $500.
