Meredith Melendez5 StarWe managed to pick up a screw in our tire while at Smuggs on vacation. We needed to replace the tire before we could make the long drive home. Notch Road Auto was able to get a tire for us the next day, installed the spare tire in the meantime, and hosted us in their waiting room for about an hour while we waited for the tire to show up and be installed. They couldn't have been nicer and put up with us calling multiple times for updates. The pricing was very fair and we would use their services again if we run into issues while in the area.Friday 28th January 2022

Matthew Aronberg5 StarHad a screw in my tire and plugged it myself which didnt end up sealing. Stopped by the shop this morning for a patch and was greeted by Derek. He was very professional and quick. I was very impressed with the shop and he even test drove my car and retorqued the lug nuts which gave me peace of mind. Meghan Bushey5 StarPersonally had a great experience. The owner Dan came to tow us out of a snowbank I slid into. My car wouldn’t start after so I figured it was big. Only ended up being our battery. Very friendly and accommodating considering I had two kids with me. Showed up quick and got us back on the road quick as well. Pricing was fair for a tow and battery replacement, Highly recommend if you need a tow.Wednesday 24th February 2021
