As a young woman it can be scary to take your car to a mechanic, since That is a target for a lot of mechanics. I took my car here for inspection, they called me back very quick saying my car was ready and passed. My tires were very wore as I knew so I went ahead and bought a new set. They had my tires on within no time and I was out of the door. This isn’t the first time I’ve worked with NRV lube and I’ve always had good things to say!

I've been a loyal fan of NRV Lube Plus and came to them for a state inspection. It failed due to a small chip in the windshield; the chip was smaller than the max permitted by law, but the inspector failed it anyway. So I went and had it replaced (SafeLight did a great job, by the way). Took it back, confident that it would pass. But the guy took one glance at it and failed it again! I mentioned the state standard and he just turned very ... well, I won't use the word. Needless to say, I won't be going back. BTW, I took it someplace else and it passed without a problem ... like me, they understood the state law. Very, very disappointed in this experience with NRV Lube Plus.

Took a pickup here for a state inspection. This pickup is garage kept and had only been driven 225 miles since previous inspection a year ago. They tell me the front wheel bearings need to be replaced. I took it to my mechanic and he said there was nothing wrong with the bearings. I took it to another inspection station and told them why it had failed. He checked and said there's nothing wrong with the bearing. They put a sticker on it.
