Shannon Ridgway5 StarExcellent service and VERY knowledgeable about Volkswagens. Had a safety check done on the rollover. After I picked it up there was a tiny clicking noise that was not there before. I called them and told them. They told me to bring it back, so I turned around and drove back over there. They got it right in and looked at it. The mechanic couldn’t figure it out so they called the owner and he came right down and inspected it. The noise had nothing to do with what was wrong but it was something that had come loose. But Because the owner was so knowledgeable he was able to figure it out. It was something simple and he fixed it with no problem. No charge.Tuesday 1st December 2020

Even explained what I need to do. Luckily, I was able to change the coil pack and spark plug and was back on the road in 1hr, thanks to their guidance.Saturday 14th September 2019
