Took my car in for an oil change and noticed after I got it home there were oil spots on the driveway. Took it back up there, told them there was an oil leak, they said the oil leak was an issue with the oil pan gasket and completely unrelated to the oil change repair they performed. I find it incredible that a car which has never leaked or had any issues started leaking the day they performed an oil change. I didn’t have an oil leak or oil spots on my driveway before I took it to them to get an oil change. Now I have to take it to someone else to fix a problem Ochsner’s should’ve graciously corrected. I will not go here again nor would I recommend anyone.

This is the mechanic you've been looking for! Honest, fast, fair price. In business since 1920. Same family. The only way to do that is honest work for an honest price. The Ochsner's are fantastic, plain and simple. They are friendly, welcoming, and everything is explained very clearly. I've taken many vehicles to them, and I've had a wonderful experience and superb results every time. I really can't recommend them enough, and you really can't ask for anything more. Located behind the Thornton's on Shelbyville, keep your eyes out. Hoping they are here for another 100 years. Thanks Ochsner's!
