Octopus Yachts installed an upgraded electronics on my 283 Grady White. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and workmanship. They even went above and beyond during this installation. While completing the installation, they identified and corrected an ongoing problem with the hydraulic steering. I would highly recommend Octopus Yachts to others!

I also used this company and had a TERRIBLE experience and would not recommend them to anyone. TERRIBLE communication, TERRIBLE service. They were good at one thing.... asking for more $$$$$$.

I cannot say how thrilled I am with the service that Aaron and the team provided us. We had an autopilot HARD down. They found the needed part, met us pierside for installation and testing. Aaron then went out with us to ensure it was working properly. He even helped us customize the display on the ride back to the pier. This company knows what they are doing, stocked the needed supplies to be responsive, and understands the importance of ensuring their work is top notch when the systems ensure the safety of you and your family. Highest recommendations!

At first I was disappointed by a lack of communication. Once that got quickly resolved I understood the situation about my back order and Covid-19 issues. Aaron and his technicians are great people to work with. They resolved the issues immediately and everything was done to very professional marine standards. I am very, very satisfied with the workmanship and the attention to detail. I have to give a shout out to Ryan for his helpful, patient teaching me of the ins and outs of the navigation system at the conclusion of the job. Well done gentlemen. Bill, Point Pleasant NJ

Very disappointed after waiting TWO Months for an estimate ! Repeated phone calls and messages not returned. And when i finally got the grossly over priced estimate there was not even a follow up phone call to discuss job. In the middle of all this i got someone else to do the job and he responded the next day with a proper work order and time frame ! and Much more realistic pricing ! as usual it's always better to use the little guy as the big guys don't seem to care if they get the business or not ! So Be It .
