Fred was honest, kind, and helpful in an emergency. He stayed after his usual business hours on a weekend to help me out, charged me a very fair price, and when he did not have the part needed, drove across town to get it so I could get on my way ASAP. I would recommend him to anyone.

Called to see if he could help me with a misfiring spark plug. He laughed, said good luck, and hung up. Rude and unprofessional Edit in reponse to owners respinse: never got a quote. I wasn't upset, I was just trying to get a quote. You also never said you dont work on cadillacs. Now you're both rude and dishonest. Great qualities in a mechanic

I took my car here to get my driver side window looked at. I paid him $160 to remove the door panel and glue ONE plastic tab to the window (the window regulator) and put it back in. Two hours of labor for something that should've taken 20 minutes. 3 weeks later, window is broken again and he's telling me he "doesn't warranty any electrical especially glass stuff, that has been repaired from broken use". DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
