kevin coulter5 StarThe owner of One On One Automotive is very, very kind and honest to all his customers, Certified Chevy and Toyota and very firmiliar with pretty much all makes and models... what I like most about Mr. Chapin is that he doesn't cut corners, he is no nonsense, (meaning he wont mislead you and tell you something is wrong or needs replaced unless it absolutely needs to be replaced) and he is quick, he doesn't dilly dally, and best of all he treats you like family, thank you Mr. Chapin for all that you have done for me and for being an honest and professional mechanic ! Shawn was awesome! He changed my rotors on my truck and noticed the wheel bearing was bad and let me know. I had him change it out. He was quick. Dropped the truck of at 9 am and picked it up at 2 pm. Price was better than any of the other shops that I got quotes from. All the quote I got were over $400 and he did it for under $300 and had it done sooner than the other shops.
Truck drives like butter slices. Very smooth. Very pleased. Highly Highly recommend!!!Wednesday 4th March 2020
