Have used Orozco's several times over the last decade and always found them friendly and helpful for my more serious car troubles. As expected they were just as good when it came time for my latest oil change. Sent my a nice comprehensive inspection report as well, detailing issues they found with my car but didn’t push me for more work to be done. Will certainly come to them again in the future, nice to have a good place to trust my aging car to.

Great service, honest and complete. It's not cheap but it matches the service quality. I highly recommend them. They sent pictures and communicated thru the entire repair step by step.

I wish I could give them negative 5 stars. They only want your money and give zero customer service. The 1st time I went there I paid 1200.00 for a lousy fuel pump but i had no choice because i was towed in. The 2nd time I went back (in less than a week) it was something else and they wanted to charge me 500.00 more for another small repair. They always do a diagnostic test which costs 200.00 I didn't get the repair done but they wouldn't give me my truck back without paying this amount. They were holding My truck hostage basically. I would think they would work with me so I keep coming back but they only care about taking your money. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

On December 23rd I was looking for a shop to take my car to replace my radiator since it was leaking coolant and the shops I called were all booked had to wait for after Christmas to get my car repaired and I needed it because I had to travel out of state for Christmas I decided to give Orozco's a shot they had great reviews I called and they told me to come in and they would take a look at my car they repaired it that same day I dropped it off in the morning I got a call around 4pm that it was ready they also sent me pictures and updates when my car was getting repaired they're very transparent they also sent me pictures of other things I needed to repair in my car they really take care of you and they go all out everyone is honest and friendly they greet you with a smile starting from the advisor everyone is very professional and honest they don't overcharge you and their prices are fair the mechanics do such a great job they left my car like brand new I'll be coming back for future repairs I recommend anyone looking for a shop to give them a shot you won't be disappointed

Eddie was super helpful with diagnosing and fixing electrical issues I was having with my car. Finding the right mechanic can be stressful, but I received great service at a fair price from Orozco’s.
