I had dropped my car off there on a Sunday when they were closed, my car was on a tow truck not drive able. Monday morning I got a call after they diagnosed it with a quote. They fixed the issue and tuned it up and I was able to pick it up Monday night. They were super communicative and my car runs great! Thanks guys!

I was out of town and had a mechanical issue, the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me so I could get back home. They fixed my car in less than an hour. Highly recommend this place!

I couldn't say enough good things about Ortigoza Auto Repair to do it justice! Humberto & his sons are hard workers, honest, quick to both respond and make repairs & always more than willing to help. If you're in the gorge and need a repair or tune up, don't hesitate to call them. Hands down one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had!

I'm looking for a new mechanic because I'm new to the area ...and you know how these things happen- it's never good timing! I called 2 other "name shops" who had more than a 2 week wait for what I needed done today! This shop said: bring it right in. They fixed it, taking only 2 hours and at a good price! I'm quite pleased. I will probably continue to go there. So far so good. If I become unhappy with the work I will come back and report that and edit this. But I really feel that they are honest.

We like a lot of the reviews I read we’re traveling when we had a radiator leak. They went way out of their way on a Saturday to get a new radiator installed in our Sequoia. We very much appreciate their hard work and help on this Cold rainy day! Thank you guys!
